Welcome to Brainblast. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brainblast mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Brainblast (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Eligibility
Brainblast may be used by users of all ages.
If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. They are responsible for supervising your use of the Service.
2. Educational Purpose
Brainblast is an educational SAT preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific test score, academic outcome, or admission result. Performance depends on factors outside our control. Brainblast is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board or any standardized testing organization.
3. Accounts
Some features require creating an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring account activity for users under 18.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
- Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are clearly displayed at purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
Brainblast does not control Apple’s billing system.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, or manipulate gameplay or scoring
- Copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer app content
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Brainblast—including questions, explanations, visuals, game mechanics, branding, and design—is owned by Brainblast or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. User Content
If you submit content (feedback, suggestions, or challenges), you grant Brainblast a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
You may stop using Brainblast at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainblast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Brainblast from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
